We want every guest to have a relaxing stay while helping us keep the home in excellent condition for future visitors. ☼ Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number listed on the reservation. ☼ Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Parking on neighboring properties is not permitted. ☼ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors—parties, excessive noise, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. ☼ No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum $250 deodorization fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors. ☼ Dogs are welcome! Please keep pets off furniture and beds, clean up after them, and note that guests are responsible for any pet-related damage. ☼ Please use the outdoor shower or hose to rinse off sand before coming inside, and keep sliding doors closed to help protect the home from excess humidity. ☼ Guests are responsible for leaving the home in good condition. Excessive cleaning, damaged linens, furnishings, or other property damage may result in additional charges. ☼ Please respect the beach and surrounding environment by using designated beach access points and avoiding the protected sand dunes.
