PET FRIENDLY! We love dogs and provide washable pet-friendly sofa protectors, located in the family-room end table, plus laundry detergent for washing blankets and throws your pets enjoy. Enjoy comfy furniture, bedding and pillows, plus four Smart TVs. The dining table seats 6, the raised counter seats 6, and the kitchen island seats 2. A beach shed is stocked with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and skim boards. Please return everything as you found it. We simply ask you love and respect our home as if it were also yours. We understands things happen and ask for honest communication so we can tend to any accidents, etc that may occur. We also do not rent to guests under 25 years of age unless they are with their family or get special permission. I hope you can respect our concerns for this rule. We do require a $200 pet fee. Cleaning supplies provided for any pet or human accidents. Please clean up after your pet. Please do not park on side street next to the house. There is parking under the house for up to three cars. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE 22" CHARCOAL GRILL UNDER THE HOUSE. PLEASE DRAG IT TO BACK YARD FOR ALL GRILLING.

We have a keyless entry. We will make sure all guests have their own new code. This really helps with convenience so no one gets locked out after a long day in the sun! or missing keys upon arrival! (all things have happened to us, we know how nice a keyless entry provides a short rental stay.)
