Renee was very descriptive of the amenities of the house and in the area, and they were exactly how she made them sound. Not only that was very was very prompt, respectful and professional. If I were to have any questions, she answered them well. The house itself also came with an elevator which is just too cool. Not only an elevator, but it had everything anyone would ever need to eat, drink, shower, survive over a weekend. I appreciate Renee for allowing us to stay in a beautiful house and have a memorable weekend.

Great location, steps from the beach and with a coffee shop and a bar/restaurant right next-door in walking distance. The house and amenities are as described and it is well stocked. Coffee, tea and a few other things are nice touches. There is not a super long list of checkout chores, which is appreciated. Would stay again.

We had such a lovely, long weekend at the Cozy Seashell! We came for a peaceful girls trip, and that’s exactly what we had. This property looked exactly as advertised, beautiful and squeaky clean. The decor was perfect, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the owners thought of everything to make you feel at home. We would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

The house was very clean, and seemed new. The views, especially from the (huge) Master Suite, are stunning. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning. We had loads of space and the beach is just steps away. Even though this building is a tri-plex, we never heard the next door neighbors.

My husband and I recently had a week-long beach vacation, we were thrilled to find that the property allowed pets and were able to take our Cocker Spaniel, a significant plus given the scarcity of pet-friendly accommodations. We enjoyed our stay at the house and appreciated its convenient beachside location. I would highly recommend it and give it a 10+.
