This is my second time staying at Renee’s property, & it certainly will not be my last. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, & clean. The views from each balcony are also incredible. We caught the sunrise over the water every morning by just walking onto the deck. What makes this space extra worthwhile is I can bring my pup. The offseason of the beach is our absolute favorite since she can play/romp without the crowds out there. Thank you, Renee, for having us again. See you next year!

Really nice space. The elevator was very helpful and the added gates in the house made it very easy with our fur babies. The mattress was very comfortable in the master as well. Overall great space.

This location provided a quiet peaceful home at the beach to recharge and enjoy the solitude of North Topsail Island. The home was exactly as advertised and everything worked perfectly - the elevator, appliances, the storage area. It made it an easy short stay where we could focus our time on R&R. I will be recommending this location to friends and family, and will likely return! The host was very responsive and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable with no surprises :)

My husband and I recently had a week-long beach vacation, we were thrilled to find that the property allowed pets and were able to take our Cocker Spaniel, a significant plus given the scarcity of pet-friendly accommodations. We enjoyed our stay at the house and appreciated its convenient beachside location. I would highly recommend it and give it a 10+.

Renee was so good with communicating with me through the entire process. The house had amazing views and the beds were comfortable! The hot tub was a plus! The beach was perfect and at times we had the entire beach to ourselves. We appreciated the accommodations with all the baby things. It made it so much easier packing knowing there was a high chair and pack n play.
Highly recommend, we will book again the next time we are in North Carolina!

Spacious and luxurious 4-level condo with an elevator—perfect for families! The first floor offers parking for 3 cars, an outdoor shower, and storage. The second floor has 2 bedrooms (king with hot tub access, queen, and bunk beds), 2 full baths, and a washer/dryer. The third floor features a fully stocked kitchen, living area, two more bunk beds, ocean views, and a full bath—plus coffee and tea for sunrise or sunset enjoyment. The top floor is a private king suite with its own bath and workspace with stunning views. Enjoy a peaceful island stay with easy beach access, a pool, and plenty of space to relax. A true home away from home!

Wonderful time a beautiful place. Host was very courteous and respectful of our needs/wants. This place had it all even down to the Shibumi for the beach. Would love to stay there again.

The place was great! It was just as she described it.... the place felt safe, well stocked, squeky clean and just plain out comfy! Felt right at home! Just a few steps and you're on the beach! Would diffantly recommend and would diffantly stay again!
